Day Meeting Minutes - July 11, 2017 (Jul 11, 2017)

Greg Renz opened the meeting at the Lake Mills EMS building at 12:15pm and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance followed with the Four-Way Test.

CLUB BUSINESS

First Reading - Karen Riemer
Chris Spangler was inducted
Quarterly Dues will be increasing from $42.50 to $45.00. Jill made a motion to increase dues and Ann 2nd. Motion passed.
Tom announced that the visitors from the Philippians will be here from Sept 5-15
Survey was discussed
- Splash Pad is tabled for now, Amy is looking into other ideas for Wallace Park.
- Fundraisers - keep the same.
- International Foundation - $100 per member per year. Once we reach that we are eligible for grants.
- Scholarships - increase funding - leave it to the committee to determine eligibility.
- Interact Club - continue to support.
- Ed proposed a need for funds at LMHS for sound equipment. Later determined the school would be purchasing - no need for Rotary funds.
