Brian brought 2 phone numbers for Rotary where they can help with website issues/questions on how to increase the right information getting out. 866-976-8279 or 847-866-3000.
Barb stopped by and collected raffle calendars that had been sold. Reminder: WE cannot sell calendars after the first drawing, which is APril 2nd. Please sell your calendars and turn in prior to April 2nd drawing ato the noon meeting.
Bingo: Sandee spoke about the meeting from yesterday. Folks thought the guest idea was a good one. (Idea was to have Rotrians invite guests to the Bingo. A short form will be created with a place for the Rotarian "invitor" to list his/her name, as well as a spot for the "invitee" to list his/her name and email address. When the "Invitee/guest" arrives at bingo, he/she will drop the form into a receptacle. Both the Rotarian and the guest will be eligible for a prize to be drawn during the event. Anita is creating the form on some colored paper.
Brian (Need clarification-was this Brian W? or Brian B?) was willing to collect the prizes for Bingo. Last date for turning in prizes to Brian will be May 14th
Need flyers for both Run/Music fest for on tables as well as link to form to become Rotarian. Addenda: Sandee spoke with Eli and he said he would create the flyers for the Run/Music fest to put on the tables-similar to what was done last year for the parade. She did not speak to him about the link to a form to become a Rotarian-that would be more suited to the flyer that Beth mocked up (Sent in a previous email)
By the end of the meeting, there were commitments for 13 bingo prizes and 5 volunteers were on the list for the night of the event!
The Run

Need process to invoice sponsors. Form would generate an invoice? Mark PAID somehow
Streamline. Collect money. Brian to create invoice when get check DON’T USE CLUBRUNNER to take the money. Insist on checks-or perhaps you can do Venmo if you have it. Emily updated the Google form for the sponsors and suggested if folks don't fill out the form themselves, that we take their information and then do it for them. (I filled out the one for Josh's booster and it worked well!)

Emily to check with Jenny/Janine re: New Beginnings speaking at the day meeting. Speaking of New Beginnings-they were approved by the membership at large to be the recipients of the funds for the run.
