The Board elected to donate $100 to the Lake Mills Booster Club.
Megs (Phillipieans Friendship Exchange) sent an email requesting donations for cleft palate surgeries for children. Each surgery is $250. For more information, see Tom.

The Board would like to add one additional at-large director. Greg will draft up an amendment to the By-Laws and present at a future meeting. This position will be first filled by an After Hours member.
We are looking into holding an Assembly on November 28th at the Grist to make up for the missed October Assembly.
The Counselor at LLHS asked if he could could please include all students for the Junior Rotarian spot, rather than just Lake Mills Residents. He feels that there are some students that are deserving of this recognition that he can't send because they are not Lake Mills residents. Brian B made a motion to allow all LLHS Seniors to be eligible for Student Rotarian. Tom 2nd. Motion passed
2018-2019 Board Positions available: Treasurer, Secretary, President Elect, and Recording Secretary. We also need to fill the Program Director position as Ann will be the President during this term.
