Financial report – Dan
- Finalizing Year End P&L and Balance Sheet
- Ed H. discovered Foundation should have pd. $3000 for Scholarship--corrected
- Pd. outstanding bill for City Trees from May 2019
Membership
- Deletion-Rob Campbell from distillery
- Addition-Tom Evanson transfer in

- Brian working on assigning in club runner
- Add new committee for Facebook Calendar Raffle
- combine Marketing and Social Media Committees
Goals for 2021/2022
1. Bartels beach playground completion
  - coming along $50133 latest quote
  - discussion about wood chips vs. rubber
  - Eli suggested Handicap Accessible Ramp for Beach into water
  - $5000 District Grant Approved
  - Parks board approved
  - Needs city approval--TBD at City Meeting tonight
  - Spring is a realistic goal for completion
2. Investigate International project-see #6
3. Interclub
  - Brian and others attended Fort Atkinson Rotary Club yesterday
4. New Fundraiser--see #7
Bartels playground-see above
Water project – India
- Ed will get more detailed proposal-estimated $100,000 project in all
- Ed shared pics of kitchen with no flooring, no sink and cow stall in the kitchen
- Funds will be used to install solar panels to power the water pumps and filtration system to existing water source
- $1000 Donation from Dr. Kazi for this project specifically
- Ed and Eli discussed asking other Rotary Clubs to partner with us in fundraising efforts
- Next steps-detailed proposal, board approval, partners, fundraising, grant application
Rotary Facebook Calendar raffle fundraiser
- Month of March $20 Daily Raffle, highlight business and business donates prize
- Jenn will check on registration requirements
- New Committee needed

- South Side Rotary Sign-Bid from Jose, he will redo the artwork, we take sign to Jose's shop, done in 3-4 days
- Beer & Wine--keep pulse on Delta Variant and get update from committee
- Aug. 31st Dist. Governor visiting--11 am board meeting prior Reg. Rotary Meeting
