PROGRAM
Jason Haas and Abby Hale educated us on Hammerhead, a local company focused on manufacturing tools for trenchless pipe installation, fixing, and repair. It was founded in 1989 in Oconomowoc, but moved to Lake Mills due to rapid growth and expansion into other markets. They face challenges in hiring tradesman in the next generation, as they are hard to find.
