PROGRAM
Tyranena Brewing Co - Rob Larson and Stacey
Celebrated 20th anniversary. Tyranena was one of the earliest breweries in the craft market. Since then, the industry has exploded.
Rob was an avid home brewer who was interested in producing something more flavorful than the bland beers that were on the commercial market. He founded Tyranena in Lake Mills because he lived here. He loved the history of the area, so adopted many historic names for his branding. Tyranena, Chief Blackhawk, Headless Man, Rocky's Revenge, Bitter Woman, etc are all such names. Years ago there wasn't much interest in microbrewed beers, but now they are everywhere. They faced challenges at local and state levels with regulation. They are active in the wisconsin brewers guild which gives them a larger voice in state politics.
