Day Meeting Minutes - 3/23/21 (Mar 23, 2021)

Mick opened the meeting at the Pyramid Event Venue at 12:15pm and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance followed with the Four-Way Test.

Gerard - vaccine last wednesday at the fair park and he was impressed with the operation there. He will make college visits next week with his kids
Mick - The department had something today and he is glad everyone is safe

CLUB BUSINESS - Announcements and committee reports

Night club meeting April 7th at 6pm at Korth Park. It will be an outdoor cookout
Rough draft of the bylaws is going through board review right now
Board meeting April 5th 7am City Hall

PROGRAM

Tammy Patrano - Main Street Program. She is the former chamber director in Johnson Creek for some time. Then she was a solar rep. Her family has owned a winery in Jefferson. She has 5 kids and lives in Milford.

She is the new executive director of main street program. - Farmers market is moving forward.

- Brews and Bingo is an upcoming event is June 28th from 5-8pm at Tyranena. Bingo card is $10 per card, no limit. This is a fundraiser for main street.

- The art festival will happen this year. They have food vendors and a band lined up. It is July 17th from 10am to 4pm

- Sponsorship night will occur at Lewis Station on June 7th from 5-8pm

- Upcoming on their agenda is discussion about the winter market and witches night out.

She holds office hours at the city building Monday 8:30-4:30, Wednesday 9-12, Friday 8:30-2:30. Thursday and Friday by appointment.
