President Anita Martin brought the meeting to order at 12:10pm. Pledge of Allegiance and 4 Way Test recited.
Nineteen Rotarians were in attendance and one zoomed. Eight guests attended the meeting.

Program: Tim and Beth presented Roses, Buds and Thorns – the Southern Tier Route. Tim rode his bike from San Diego, CA to St. Augustine, FL (3,010 miles). Beth made all the plans en route and drove the van.
Art Unsealed: successful event. Raised $5,700. Thank you to all who participated.
Thank you notes received from 3 scholarship recipients were read today.
Just a reminder that Round Up for the month of July at the Lake Mills Market is for our Rotary Club. As of Sunday, July 20, $1,602 has been “rounded up.”

Thanks to Nicki Kelly for arranging Farmers and Merchants Bank employees to work multiple shifts at the concession stand. Also, thank you for the use of your conference room for monthly Board meetings.

Rotary Board: the current Board has 8 members. (recording secretary and secretary are combined this year). Opening for a night meeting representative. Motion made by Jim W. for Will G. to be the night representative for the Board. Second by Ed H. Motion carried.
Concession stand shift still open on July 30 (1st shift, 2 people needed). Please let Carmen W. know if you can volunteer.
Foundation Board meeting: July 30 at 7:00am-8:00am at Froehle Law Office.
Rotary Board meeting: July 29 at 7:00am at Farmers and Merchants Bank. Agenda items include: concession stand for the fall, 2026 5K run, budget. All are welcome to attend.
Tom V. had a challenge/new idea. If a Rotarian brings a new member to the night group, he will give the member $50. Anita M. will also make the challenge for the noon meetings.
Happy Bucks/Fines: Jim W. just returned from a trip to Alaska. Andy B. thanked everyone for their support of his kids as they performed Irish dance at last meeting. Greg R. completed his screen play from his first novel and now it is entered in an international competition. Todd L. purchased a big button calculator for the concession stand. Karen R. will be at Germanfest this weekend in Milwaukee.
Be sure to attend the August 5 meeting. Agenda items include voting on the budget, committee meetings, planning meeting for August 26 evening social.
Next meeting is Tuesday, July 29nd at EMS Building. The program will be Jenny Hildner who will talk about the Jennifer Nichols Outdoor Learning Center. Meeting will start at 12:10pm.
