PROGRAM
Fort Health Care - Care Line Program
Care Line is a program where a person can press the "red button" and get assistance immediately.
Some types of patients who use this program: Elders with a chronic disease, elders prone to falls, or those in general need of more assistance
They have two button emitters, one that uses cell service and one that uses a wired land line. The costs of these are low - around $35.
They also have mobile units that work away from home anywhere in the country.
A button press connects the patient with the patient care representative who can help them
Our rotary club donated to their Love Light program last year and they thanked us for our donation, which helps cover the cost of this service for those who cant afford it.
