Greg Renz opened the meeting at the Lake Mills EMS building at 12:28pm and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance followed with the Four-Way Test.

Brian B announced that he will be missing the next two meetings due to the fact that he will be on vacation in Alaska.
Mick had a great weekend attending various events including the Fisheree, #Jordanstrong Fundraiser, Graduations, and Cars & Coffee. His son also got his first hit in baseball and stole 2 bases. He announced that he has officially thrown his hat into the ring for the City of LM Police Chief position. He is also excited to be leaving for Canada next week for a vacation.

First person to sign up for the night is responsible for the moneybag and key pick up from Ace Hardware.
Turn the warmer on right away when you get in the stand to allow for it to warm up.
15-20 hotdogs and brats have typically been selling each night
Nacho Cheese is placed in the warmer as well
1-2 bags of popcorn each night - if both fields are playing make 2, if not, just one bag.
Ann gave an update on the tree planting. They are still waiting to hear back from the Grant Committee as to if we will receive a grant for this project. Timeline for the planting would be this fall. Various tree types will be planted in area parks.
Ed asked about maintenance on the Welcome to Lake Mills signs. He will talk with LMHS FFA to see if they are willing to help maintain.
