Day Meeting Minutes - 6/9/2020 (Jun 09, 2020)

Dave R opened the meeting at the Pyramid Event Venue at 12:00pm and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance followed with the Four-Way Test.

Nate - Return to normal, 3 month old son at home during this time
Tara Topel - $40 happy bucks after getting a deal for furniture from Ann Lee, honored to join Rotary, happy to be a part of this community with great leaders (Mick Selck), son is graduating from Fort Atkinson HS,
Ed - Pams job well done, end of school year with amazing adjustments,
Pam - TY to LM fire dept, TY to school board for recognition and crystal vase, TY to Linda Heimstreet after her resignation as musical director (still will be teaching)

Committee Reports and Announcements

- Induction of Tara Topel as a new member to our club

- Saturday June 20th - Rotary fest, registration is open, if you haven't gotten registration link, then email Dave.

- Foundation giving - just $250 short - $50 donations given by Dave, Ann, Janine, Dan, and Denny

- Janine - Check for speaker openings - we also need to follow up with any missed opportunities

- If you bring a guest, RSVP for a meal for them

- Discussed bringing in students who received scholarships like we have in the past. Korth parth was recommended for outdoor ventilation

Lives in Marshall WI and is happy to be a new Rotarian. Physical therapists are musculoskeletal experts that work to optimize movement and quality of life through education. They are direct access providers, meaning you do not need a referral. They can help diagnose whether an issue is musculoskeletal or whether a referral is needed. There are many specialties within the profession. They are positioned well to help with many issues that effect the health care of our state - low back pain, falls, opioid use, and more.
