President Beth Naughton brought the meeting to order at 12:20pm. Pledge of Allegiance and 4 Way Test recited. Twenty eight Rotarians were in attendance, no Rotarians on zoom plus two guests and four student Rotarians.
Birthdays: Will G., Becky J., Nicki K. (No Rotary anniversaries)
Happy Bucks:
Ed H.: attended Boyd’s memorial service. Ed is happy to have known him. Ed has more time on his hands because the pharmacy that he was working at has been sold and closed. He is also helping build the set for the high school musical.
Scott E.: played tennis with Boyd and convinced Scott to be a soccer coach. If people were having trouble, Boyd would steer them to a better life.
Jenny M.: went to Colorado for a work trip and saw many tourist sights including Copper Mountain, Garden of Gods, Pikes Peak and Golden (Coors).
Jim W.: and his wife are heading to Door County soon.
Steve C.: and Barb just returned from fishing in Canada. Steve’s dad is visiting from Texas.
Tom V.: remembered that Boyd served as president 3 times.
Beth N.: father had a stroke, but he is moving to an inpatient facility so he can return to independent living.

Karen R. noted the pints for polio wine glasses and glasses. Donate $25 and receive a wine or pint glass.

October 5: Culver’s Night Fundraiser (Social media post will be made encouraging families to have dinner at Culver’s)
