The board approved a donation request from the LM Fire Dept for fire safety instruction materials for $500
An 11yr old named Easton Hanson wants to volunteer at the concession stand. Dave is working on scheduling it
Survey will be going out in email asking about availability for volunteering at the concession stand. The board is considering allowing other organizations to help staff it

Foundation has a board spot opening, Brian B has expressed interest
Jim W suggested we consider putting money into the foundation due to us having $50k in savings right now. Tom suggested figuring out an amount where, at the end of the year, any money in savings excess of the determined amount will be put in the foundation. The money can be in long term non liquid accounts or put in liquid accounts for easy access.
