President Anita Martin brought the meeting to order at 12:14pm. Pledge of Allegiance and 4 Way Test recited.
Fifteen Rotarians were in attendance and four zoomed. Three guests attended the meeting plus speaker.

Fall Concessions: Rotarians were divided into 6 teams. There are 6 Saturdays that need to be covered. Contact your team to pick a date. 3 people each Saturday. Split shift up to each team. Will need to grill hot dogs and brats. 8:00am-1:00pm. 1 person email Todd for your Saturday that you would like to volunteer. Teams can decide if they want a team leader.
Night Rotary: August 20 6pm-7pm at Tyranena Brewing. Discussing 5k Run.
Thursday, August 21 from 7:00pm-9:00pm, the Main Street Band will be performing at the Rotary Park in Jefferson.
Celebration of Life for Ken Stetson will be Saturday, August 23 from 11am-3pm at Korth Park Pavilion. Please wear red or Badger attire. Scholarship has been established by community foundation. Social: August 26 at Tom Vinz home. Social begins at 5pm with dinner to follow at 6pm. Fun activities planned. No noon meeting. Park vehicle at Tyranena Park and follow trail to home (N6789 Sunset Road) Please bring a dish to pass and BYOB. Guests are welcome. No noon meeting on August 26.
Next Board meeting will be August 26 at 7am at Farmers and Merchants Bank. All are invited to attend.
