On October 21 Beth and Sandee were joined by Cindy Haas in what may be the last outdoor meeting at the brewery this year! Cindy was welcomed to the club and given her new member packet. Beth and Sandee took the opportunity to spend some time reviewing Rotary, its values, the Rotary International website as well as the District 6250 website. We welcome Cindy to our club!
Activities both local and international for the October 24th International Polio Day were also discussed-as well as the history surrounding Rotary has in the fight to end polio.
Dan Sanft sent over preliminary results for the Pyramid City Run but did not have any expenses listed. Revenue was $11.3k. Once we have finalized expenses the check can be written to the library.
Sandee confirmed the holiday party will be held December 16th at her house: W8803 County Road Q in Watertown (about 3 miles north of Hwy 19). Festivities will begin at 6pm.
We continue to seek suggestions for beneficiaries of the 2027 Pyramid City Run. Please submit suggestions to the group by December 2nd.
