PROGRAM
Ken and Carla Claussen- 2nd generation funeral directors. Bought first funeral home in Lake Mills April 4, 1969. Ken outlined the process of using their business. Paperwork for the death certificate. Itemized price sheet. One day funerals. They try to arrange as much of the funeral as possible so the grieving family doesn't need to. Often funeral trusts are created ahead of time to have funeral expenses already covered.
