Financial Report
Dan S reviewed the Balance Sheet as of April 30th compared to June 30 2021. We are up approx. $3678
Dan S., reviewed P&L YTD. Still some expenses coming in for post prom. We will pay Pam S. Gas money for RYLA. Scholarships were paid and we also received transfer of funds for the playground donation from the Rotary Foundation. Calendar Raffle is a new item this period.
The Rotary Foundation received a check from the Lake Mills Foundation for $500 for the 5k in Sept. We will leave the funds with the Foundation until Sept. and have them write a check to the local food pantry.
Memberships
No new adds/deletions. Expecting to have Andy Barnes join us soon.
Fundraising

Lake Mills Triathlon 6/5-volunteers earn $20 each. We will try to fill at least 10 spots. Jenny M. will arrange for us to get a flyer for the Pyramid 5k in the race packets for various upcoming races.
Concession Stand
Dan S. will be coordinating volunteers. Pam S. to keep stocked.
We need to stock and clean by June 6th.
We will host a concession stand orientation for all members.
Cost of supplies has gone up. Considering getting a Sam's Club membership to lower cost, but still work with the Market on items that still make sense to support local.
Playground progress
5/31/2022 is deadline for funding and grants
Dedication is planned for 9/3/2022.
Town & Country Days Parade-all voted to participate in the parade. Do we want to use the Chariot?? Any volunteers to ride in it?
Storage report
Lots of items found by Mick S, including stainless steel pots. Jason from BIA may be interested in some of the items. If he is not interested, we may want to scrap the items and donate the proceeds.
International Project Dedication is 6/13 at 5 am. We will join via Zoom.
Night Group
working on ways to RE-connect the Day Group & Night Group. Discussed having a the membership committee assign a member-at-large join to report on day/night meeting.
Pyramid 5k is 9/10. Sponsors are coming in and limited participants so far. We are getting flyers in the Lake Mills Triathlon packets and other upcoming races.

Paul Harris Awards
Discussed giving Medallion and Ribbon to all past recipients. Cost is $14.95 each.
Subsequent Paul Harris Awards will receive a coin. Cost is $4.95 each.
Zoom--continue to monitor and reevaluate whether to continue use.
June 21st-Annual Rotary Awards Meeting at Rotary Park 12 pm

Next Board Meeting June 28th at 7 am City Hall (last Tuesday every month). All members are invited to attend each month.
