CLUB BUSINESS - Announcements and committee reports
- This day in Rotary History – Our Club was presented its Charter by the District Gov– 1954; 67 years ago
- Reminder –Last Chance - Lake Mills Optimist Club having Christmas Adopt A Family again this year. Last year served 37 families / 92 kids with food basket, gift cards, & children’s presents. $50 per family for dinner. Ed is collecting donations.
- TODAY AT 1 PM- Audit by State of WI Dept. of Gaming
- 12/9/2021-Rotary Social – trip to Stoughton Rotary Park to view Christmas light displays. Leave Lake Mills across from city hall at 6pm, return 8pmish. Refreshments on bus. RSVP to Brian. $20 per person. Spouses/friends, etc. are invited. Limit of 33 on bus. Have 19 so far.

Robin Kennedy, VP of Mission Advancement and Scott Haberman, Accounting Manager from Opportunities, Inc. were guests at the Rotary meeting today.
Opportunities, Inc. is a Community Rehabilitation Program based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, with additional locations in Watertown, Janesville, and Oconomowoc.
They are celebrating their 55th Anniversary. It was established in 1966 through the grassroots vision of parents who were committed to ensuring their family members with disabilities had a place to learn, work and achieve independence.
