Sponsorship for the Teacher of the Month has all been received.
Calendar raffle sponsors has all been received.
Negative balance for the 5K run is a timing issue.
National dues are due in January.
$300 was wired for the computer for the international project.
Christmas evening party totals has not been finalized. Day Christmas party expenses have been finalized. No update in regards to the $1 per drink donation. Jefferson Club used credit card for payment. Suggest discussing/arranging payment ahead of time for future evening Rotary holiday parties.

Library project – naming rights. Pam Streich will do a presentation to the Rotary Board at the January 27 meeting. The 5K Run benefits library.
Lake Mills Senior Bingo
Barb C. made a motion to donate $250 to Project Lead the Way. Seconded by Dan S. Motion carried. Also provide a letter of support.
Brian B. made a motion to donate $100 to Lake Mills Senior Bingo. Seconded by Barb C. Motion carried.
Membership:
Aaron G. has been approved for a leave of absence until April 2026.
3rd reading for potential new member Mary Ann J. Induction next week.
2 members are outstanding in dues/meals. Members have received emails and a paper invoice.
International Rotary dues are increasing. Table discussion on possible club dues increase until April Rotary Board meeting.
Paul Harris Honorary Award – use points from Club. Anita will ask Brian W. to chair committee. This award is not exclusive to club members.
Calendar Raffle:
Info is on the website and also in the Leader.
Email sent January 5 to last year’s buyers.
4 weeks until first drawing. Tickets cannot be sold after first drawing.
Sponsor Appreciation Night:
50 invites have been sent out.
Event will be held at the Legion on January 20, 2026.
Cost is $12-13 per person. Each sponsor will receive a drink ticket. Rotarians will pay for their heavy appetizer.
Brian B. made a motion to approve spending up to $2,000 on the event. Seconded by Tom V. Motion carried.
Blood Drive:
December blood drive: 64 pints collected. 6 potential donors not eligible for donation.
Next blood drive is February 11, 2026.
Rotary weekend:
Last Saturday in April at Commons Park.
Event will be a kid/pet fair with prizes/ribbons.
Pickle Ball Class:
Message sent to Scott T. about date, location etc.
Volunteers may be needed.
Catering:
Bon Ton’s is phasing out catering. Will continue as long as possible. Brian B. will talk to them about specifics.
Post Prom:
John B. will coordinate.
Will need to verify bowling alley.
Both high schools are the same night. (May 2)
Pizza, soda paid by Rotary.
Will need sweets, gift cards and volunteers.
Rotary has been sponsoring post prom since the 1950’s.
Future events:
Mental health speaker on March 25 at an evening meeting. Possible to cancel Tuesday noon meeting. (March 24). More information to follow.
PETS training in March. Beth is unavailable to go. More follow up is needed.
