Edwin B - District Governor - Theme this year is Rotary Connects the World. He shared a rotary story about a young girl who underwent a 4 year process to come to the US as a rotary exchange student. Edwin is hosting this girl from Nepal. He explained that rotary is a bottom up organization and all big things start small at a club somewhere.

- Spoke to us about wheat and gluten
- Celiac disease is a serious disease and wheat should be avoided in this population
- Other serious allergies do exist to wheat, but the number is very small (1-2%)
- A new popular group deems themselves at gluten intolerant.
- She explained that sour dough is much less likely to cause intolerance
