Night Meeting Minutes February 18, 2026
In attendance: Zach Wedel, Sandee Macht, Eric Dvorachek
First, many thanks to those of you who submitted input regarding the sponsorship brochure. We spent the meeting reviewing all of the suggestions and ended up with both a sponsorship brochure and a "sponsorship benefit" table for the website.
We determined that Zach would make the information available on the website prior to the next meeting.
In addition, we started working on the bookmarks that will be handed out at Town and Country Days to promote the run-and the library!
Finally, we briefly touched on the roadside cleanup dates.
- The April cleanup is set for Wednesday, April 15th, weather permitting. We will meet at the corner of Hwy G and Hwy 89 on the north end of Lake Mills. After we complete our tasks, it will be back to Tyranena Brewery for refreshments and our regular meeting. A reminder that anyone who participates in the cleanup should watch the safety video prior to helping. - The August cleanup is tentatively set for Wednesday, August 19th.
Our next meeting is set for Wednesday March 4th at 6PM.
