President Anita Martin brought the meeting to order at 12:17pm. Pledge of Allegiance and 4 Way Test recited. Twenty one Rotarians were in attendance. Guests (Mary Ann Jackson and Scott Kampmeier), and 8 student Rotarians were also in attendance.
Guest speaker: Erin Luken (Foundation Chair for District 6250) She is a member of the Madison After Hours Club. Erin was also a foreign exchange student Rotarian in France while in high school.

Applications due in May. Meet in early June. Rotary International Foundation approves global grants. Years long time line from start to finish. Minimum is $30,000.
Club donations in global grants will receive 2:1 match.

Committee held meeting today.
Public Image Committee should approve all marketing materials prior to printing or publication to ensure consistency in branding and confirm details. Member of Public Image Committee can be a member of Event Committee, or the Event Committee can let Public Image know how they can help.
