The Rotary Club of Lake Mills invites you to a celebration of creativity, community, and contribution through Art Unsealed, a one-of-a-kind sealed bid art auction hosted at Lewis Station Winery in Lake Mills from July 6–16.
This special event brings together the extraordinary talents of four beloved local artists—Amy Arntson, Gail Juszczak, Carolyn Liedtke, and Wendy Butler Berns—who will be showcasing over 30 original works of watercolor and quilted art.
What is a Sealed Bid Auction?
Unlike a typical auction where bids are called out in the open, sealed bidding means you submit your highest offer confidentially in an envelope. It’s all about the thrill—will your bid be the winning one? You won’t know until the envelopes are unsealed at the event’s close!
How It Works:
- Exhibit Opens: Sunday, July 6 (at Noon)
- Place Bids: Anytime Lewis Station Winery is open between July 6 and July 16 at 6:30PM
- Meet the Artists & Winning Reveal: Wednesday, July 16 from 5–7PM
On July 16, enjoy a glass of wine while mingling with the artists during a relaxed Meet & Greet. At 6:30PM, the highest bids will be unveiled and the new owners of these incredible pieces announced. You don’t have to be present to win—but it’s a great excuse for a midweek toast!
Why It Matters:
All proceeds go to support the Rotary Club of Lake Mills and its local and global service projects. That means your bid not only brings home beautiful, original artwork—it also brings positive change to the community and beyond.
Sip. Bid. Support.
Let art move you—and move the world a little closer to good.
We’ll see you at Art Unsealed.
